Privacy and personal data
This notice is prepared under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). It explains what information this site processes, why, and what your rights are.

What we process
We only process information you give us:
- Appointment form: your name, phone number, optional email and your message. If you describe a complaint in your message, that is health data.
- Technical records: to prevent abuse, a one-way summary derived from your IP address. The IP address itself is not stored.
- Online booking: your name, phone number, the service, practitioner, day and time you chose, and your e-mail and note where the form asks for them. If your note describes a complaint, that is health data.
- Chat assistant: the messages you write, and the name and phone number you give for an appointment.
Why we process it
- To receive your appointment request and call you to confirm it
- To answer your questions
- To protect the site against spam and abuse
- To create and confirm your online booking, tell you about changes and remind you before the appointment
We do not use your information for marketing and we never sell it.
Legal basis
We process your name, phone number and email because they are needed to set up the appointment you ask for (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), and to protect the site on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 5/2-f).
We process health information you share on the form or in your message on the basis of the explicit consent you give with the checkbox on the form (Art. 6). You can withdraw your consent at any time.
Who we share it with
Your request reaches our clinic through the site’s hosting and email providers. Their servers may be located outside Türkiye. We share your information with no one else unless the law requires it.
Bookings are stored on the servers of KlinikPro, the provider that runs our booking system, which processes them only on our behalf and on our instructions. Confirmations and reminders are sent through our SMS and WhatsApp providers; WhatsApp messages may pass through servers abroad.
Chat assistant
The chat assistant on this site runs on AI. Your messages are sent to AI providers outside Türkiye to generate replies; providers that do not use messages to train models are chosen. Chat records are deleted after 90 days.
Do not write medical reports or ID numbers in the chat.
How long we keep it
Appointment requests are kept for as long as your appointment and health regulations require, then deleted or anonymised. Technical records that prevent abuse are kept for two days at most.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and does not track your visit.
The location map in the contact section loads from Google Maps. Google may set its own cookies for that map.
The chat assistant uses your browser’s session storage so the conversation is not lost when you change pages. It is cleared when you close the tab.
Your rights
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information about it, to learn its purpose and who it was shared with, to ask for it to be corrected or deleted, to object, and to claim compensation for any damage.
Send your request using the contact details above. We reply free of charge within 30 days. If our reply does not satisfy you, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority.
