Fixed and removable denture options
Fixed or removable prosthetics restore chewing function and clarity of speech.

Prosthetics covers the fixed and removable options that replace missing teeth. The goal is not appearance alone but recovering chewing and speech.
Fixed work is carried on implants or your own teeth. Removable options suit wider gaps and limited bone support. A full denture is used when a jaw has no teeth left, a partial denture when some teeth remain.
Who is it for?
- Several missing teeth
- Difficulty chewing
- Anyone whose current denture is uncomfortable
How the treatment works
- 01
Assessment
Remaining teeth and bone support are examined.
- 02
Impression and try-in
Impressions are taken; shape and shade confirmed at try-in.
- 03
Fitting and adjustment
The prosthesis is fitted and adjusted over the first weeks.
After your treatment
An adjustment period for speech and chewing is normal at first. Pressure points are solved with small tweaks — tell us rather than tolerating them.
Frequently asked questions
Should I remove it at night?
For removable prosthetics, yes. Letting the gum rest is necessary for tissue health.
Can it be implant-supported?
Yes. Implant-supported prosthetics are markedly more stable and slow bone loss.
