All-on-6 implants
A fixed full arch on six implants
Where bone volume allows, six implants spread the load more evenly and give greater long-term stability.

All-on-6 carries a fixed bridge for a whole jaw on six implants. Because it uses more implants than All-on-4, it needs more bone volume.
Six implants spread the load across a wider base. Where bone volume allows, it is preferred for long-term stability.
Who is it for?
- A fully edentulous jaw, or one where all teeth must go
- Anyone unhappy with a removable denture
- Patients who want a fixed solution
How the treatment works
- 01
Scan and planning
Bone volume and density are measured and implant positions set in advance.
- 02
Surgery
Implants are placed in one session using a guide.
- 03
Temporary bridge
In most cases fixed temporary teeth are fitted the same day.
- 04
Final bridge
Once integration is complete the final bridge is made.
After your treatment
Avoid hard and fibrous food for the first three months. Cleaning under the bridge with the right interdental brushes decides long-term success.
Frequently asked questions
Will I leave with teeth the same day?
In most cases yes. If primary stability is sufficient, a fixed temporary goes in the same day.
Do I have enough bone?
Six implants need enough bone volume. If bone is insufficient, grafting or the All-on-4 option is considered; the scan decides.
